Team's of the Decades (1990’s and 2000’s)

On the 26th of February the Heidelberg Cricket Club family gathered together at our beloved clubrooms to reflect upon and celebrate what has been an outstanding past two decades for our club. With good numbers in attendance we had our past, current and even future A grade cricketers see some outstanding players recognised for their on field achievements over the last 10-20 years, as well as enjoy a catch up with some old friends whilst enjoying a few beverages. It was also very promising to see so many WAG's/Cougars in attendance enjoying themselves having a wine or several!

The night was not over after the sides were read out though, as shortly afterwards in a bit of a surprise announcement, it was with great pleasure that Ernie was able to induct John Gilham, Brad Grindal and Steve Favrin as life members.
These three blokes have put in countless hours of work into our club both on and off the field, allowing our club to be what it is today.
A massive congratulations to Bubbles, Sponge and Stickman, was great to see you honoured with this achievement with all of your family and friends present.
